COREMedia Celebrates 15th Anniversary with Project Red Fund Raiser in New York

Fairfield, NJ, March 29, 2007— FAIRFIELD, NJ, March 29, 2007—On April 26, 2007, some 150 of the biggest names in the direct-response industry will gather at the 40/40 Club in the heart of Manhattan to celebrate COREMedia Systems Inc.’s 15th anniversary and to raise money for Project Red, the global fight against AIDS.

COREMedia has invited the most influential media professions, including CEO’s, senior media executives and senior buyers, from some of the industry’s most successful direct-response agencies.

Owned by hip-hop artist Jay-Z and partners Desiree Gonzalez and Juan Perez, the exclusive 40/40 Club is 12,000 square feet of pure sports and entertainment in an opulent setting, providing a unique experience not found elsewhere in New York City.

“We’re very excited as we enter our 16th year of industry service, and feel that it’s appropriate that others benefit from our good fortune,” said Glenn DeKraker, Chief Executive Officer of COREMedia Systems Inc.

Several media companies will be lending their names and support to this charity event. Proceeds will support The Global Fund in its fight against AIDS.

The 40/40 club is located in the heart of Manhattan in New York City. The venue features a $4 million multi-level space including a 24’ x 8’ slate bar, a 16-foot-wide staircase furnished with sleek seating on the steps, 15 LCD, 8 plasma and 4 12X12 two-sided big-screen televisions, plus a premium Cognac Room and three private VIP rooms.

The invitation-only event is scheduled for 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Project Red and The Global Fund were created to finance a dramatic turnaround in the fight against AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria, diseases that kill more than six million people each year and the numbers are growing.
