COREMedia-Systems Adds New TV Ratings Module to CoreDirect
Growing demand for ratings metrics in DR space drives demand for new ratings software
FAIRFIELD, NJ, August 9, 2006— COREMedia Systems Inc., announced a redesigned Nielsen and Arbitron ratings integration module for its CoreDirect direct response analysis system.
Driven by a growing demand for ratings metrics among DR agencies, the enhancement streamlines, improves, and extends the ratings integration in CoreDirect. Ratings loading is simplified, post analysis is faster, and more ratings types are available.
“We are continuing to expand the ratings functionality in other screens in CoreDirect,” said Gabrielle Schueler, CORE Client Services Supervisor. “We are already planning several upcoming enhancements including spot-by-spot ratings on the Exact Time Entry Screen and, for national cable stations, the ability to assign a percentage of national ratings to spots that do not clear in every national market.”
The new ratings module will be available to Nielsen ratings subscribers in the third quarter general release of CoreDirect. The release also coincides with the release of the July ’06 Nielsen book.
Based in Fairfield, N.J., COREMedia Systems Inc. was founded in 1992. The company develops and supports CoreDirect, the most widely used technology in America for the planning, purchasing and analysis of direct-response television commercials.
