CoreMedia Launches New Long Form DRTV Management System
Windows®-based CoreDirect streamlines buying, accounting and response analytics
Las Vegas, NV, September 21, 2010— In response to industry demand for improved long form media management technology, CoreMedia Systems, Inc. announces the release of CoreDirect’s enhanced long form media management and accounting system. The system features faster data entry, hands-free overnight response feed processing, minute-by-minute response analytics, rate history lookups and integrated bill-pay.
“Long form buyers are looking for new technology to remain competitive,” said Randy Shumpert, Long Form Product Manager. “We look forward to serving this expanding market.”
Developed on the Microsoft SQL Server database, CoreDirect long form offers a host of features that bring new efficiency and effectiveness to long form media management. Response feeds are managed by an automated, hands free scheduler that ensures that all responses are processed by the time a buyer comes into the office. Media buying, traffic management and billing and paying functions can be performed simultaneously, a productivity advantage over legacy systems.
Media buyers are offered two air date entry options: single entry or streamlined multi-line grid style entry. Station, broker and client contacts are conveniently available on screen. Every entry or revision transaction is logged for historical tracking. Suspected DNR’s can be listed on screen. Stations with missing tape or phone assignment are easily identified. Billing and payment status information for individual air dates is available on-screen.
A wide variety of standard reports are available, along with a built-in report designer that provides hundreds of custom report options to support virtually any agency and client need. Reports can be printed or exported to formatted Excel® worksheets and can be designed to combine long form with short form, radio and print media. Data imports and export options are available to exchange air date information with clients or other buying agencies.
Based in Fairfield, N.J., COREMedia Systems Inc. was founded in 1992. The company develops and supports CoreDirect, the most widely used technology in America for the planning, purchasing and analysis of direct-response television commercials.
