Glenn’s leadership placed CoreMedia Systems into the Inc. 500 and on Deloitte & Touche’s list as one of the fastest growing New Jersey technology companies. His ability to attract top talent has kept Core at the forefront of the industry. Glenn has deep experience in media automation. He helped launch Marketing Resources Plus, developer of the first software system to integrate ratings and automate broadcast media buying on the PC. Today, Marketing Resources Plus, now owned by Arbitron, Inc. serves more than 1,000 advertising agencies in 49 states. His philosophy on open software standards and systems integration have resulted in partnerships with virtually every system and data supplier the DR industry depends on.

Susan Renaldo, President, Chief Operating Officer

Susan has an extensive career in the advertising and media space including high level account management, system implementations, operations, finance and consulting, with a wide range of organizations, such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, NBC, Donovan Data Systems (now Media Ocean), GroupM North America and Talent Partners. Her experience spans all aspects of the industry – media, traffic, creative, accounting and talent. Susan joined CoreMedia in 2015.

Kevin Gaffney, Executive Vice President, Product Strategy

Kevin is a skilled client advocate, providing leadership for the business development, new product development and workflow enhancement. He played a key role in syndicating CoreDirect while co-designing the system with A. Eicoff and Company. He drove the launch of CoreGraph and CoreMap. Before joining Core in 1996, Kevin was a media buying supervisor and account executive at Time Buying Service and was part of the successful TBS Direct startup.

David Blome, Vice President, Sales

Dave’s consultative approach to client needs ensures sustained ROI and enhanced productivity from CoreMedia Systems. He understands the need for media results and accountability in a multi-media environment and translates that into the ability of his clients to get and keep clients. Before joining Core, Dave was the Vice President of Sales for the MRP division of VNU, which is now The Nielsen Company. Under his leadership, MRP delivered media planning, buying and competitive intelligence solutions to more than 1,000 advertising agencies throughout North America.

Garrett Alston, VP Director of Client Services

Garrett delivers on the promises our software keeps and leverages his deep experience with Core systems. His team of Account Executives and Client Service Representatives guides our clients from implementation through the entire training and long-term client care experience. Every client contact is constantly monitored in a CRM database. Garrett joined Core in 2004 as a client service representative and rose quickly to an account executive role managing major accounts. He then ascended into management as a supervisor, manager, and now Vice President.

Gabrielle Schueler, VP Director of Product Management

Gabrielle brings diverse work experience to her role as VP Director of Product Management at CoreMedia. Gabrielle joined CoreMedia in 2002 as a member of the Client Services team, where she combined her experience as a CoreDirect user and a certified New York State teacher in developing and delivering advanced user training, as well as writing user documents. Building upon further experience as Short Form Product Manager, Gabrielle now manages the team responsible for the ongoing evolution of Core’s media management systems. Prior to joining Core, Gabrielle was a media buyer at Razor and Tie in New York, NY, and a teacher for New York City’s Department of Education.

Joe Diaco, VP Client Performance

Joe has been in the direct response industry for more than 15 years and has a passion for all aspects of the business. He serves in a unique role, working with the Client Services team to provide senior level consultative support for clients, with a solution-based approach. Internally, he is involved in many cross-functional, R&D, and next-generation projects, often serving as a bridge between CoreMedia and the clients. Joe has been with CoreMedia for five years. Prior to joining Core he had experience as a Media Buyer, Media Analyst, Digital Director, and Associate Media Director with direct response marketers Hair Club for Men and Women and Lifestyle Lift.

Gregory Brooks, Director of Development

With more than 10 years at CoreMedia, Greg is focused on uniting a tight-knit team of engineers that are clear on task to enhance client success. His team took CoreDirect software to advanced platforms like SQL Server and .Net. Greg led initiatives for server-side processing like Alerts, Scheduled Reports, and Analytics along with over a 10x performance improvements in data processing. Greg is also a two-time CoreMedia Fantasy Football Champion.
